Pest Management Technician

Alvin Pest Control is looking for a field technician that can work as a team with other technicians and administrative staff to provide exceptional pest control service to our customers.  The position requires working indoors and outdoors year-round and working with the public.  Job responsibilities include performing residential and/or commercial pest control, including accurate completion of documentation.  We are willing to consider an experienced, licensed technician and are also willing to train the right candidate without experience.

Requirements for the position

• Non-Smoker!
• Good Driving Record (no tickets or accidents in last 2 years)
• Ability to regularly lift 50-60 pounds
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing

Customer Service Representative

Alvin Pest Control is looking for a Senior CSR that can be a team player, working with field personnel and other administrative personnel, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for all facets of customer service from initiating scheduling contacts to customer satisfaction calls to ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided. The position does not require cold calling but is responsible for incoming new customer contacts/sales through the telephone and website.  This position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements for Position

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience, preferably including scheduling service appointments;
• Associates degree in a business field; and,
• Computer literate; knows Microsoft Office package and able to learn pest control industry software.
• Bilingual a plus but not necessary
• Non-Smoker!
